Began with a Single PVC Extruder
In 1993, Elcab Conductors started its journey with a single PVC extruder, laying the foundation for what would become a leading name in cable manufacturing. This marked the beginning of our focus on quality and innovation.
First in Pune for Copper Drawing and Bunching
In 1995, Elcab became the first company in Pune to introduce copper drawing and bunching. This milestone allowed us to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of our products, reinforcing our commitment to staying ahead in the industry.
Tin Plating and ISO 9001 Certification
By 1997, Elcab advanced further by introducing tin plating of copper wires, improving corrosion resistance. We also achieved ISO 9001 certification, ensuring our processes met international quality management standards, emphasizing our focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
Expanded into Braided Connectors and Shielded Cables
In 2000, we diversified into manufacturing braids, braided connectors, and shielded cables. This expansion allowed us to offer a wider range of high-quality products for more specialized applications, showcasing our growing capabilities in the wiring solutions industry.
Strengthened Industry Presence

Uninyvin Cable Production Begins

In-House Wiring Harness Division Launched
